The Salado ISD New High School Campus will provide modern academic spaces, fine arts and CTE facilities, and athletic amenities to support the district’s growing student population and future expansion needs. The team supervised the geotechnical study for the campus, conducting drilling investigations, geological assessments, and subsurface soil evaluations to inform the design of foundations, pavements, and retaining wall structures. The team is currently overseeing materials testing and construction observations, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and long-term project stability.
*The project was designed under previous company IntraSuelo and is now under SRG for construction
observations.
The Salado ISD New Stadium will serve as a state-of-the-art athletic facility, providing enhanced spaces for sports, school events, and community gatherings. The team supervised the geotechnical study for the stadium site, conducting drilling investigations, geological assessments, and subsurface soil evaluations to develop foundation, pavement, and retaining wall design recommendations. The team will also oversee materials testing and construction observations, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and the long-term stability of the facility.
The team supervised the geotechnical study for the design of the new Life Bridges campus, a Comal ISD facility that supports students with disabilities aged 18 to 22 in their transition from high school to independent living and employment. The geotechnical evaluation included drilling multiple borings, assessing geology and subsurface soil conditions, and providing design recommendations for the planned structure foundations, pavements, and monument sign. The team will also supervise testing and observations during the construction phase, ensuring the project’s structural integrity and long-term success.
Davenport High School’s additions include new tennis courts, an agricultural barn and poultry barn, a field house, and bleacher additions. The team supervised the geotechnical study for these additions, assessing multiple new structures and the tennis courts. The evaluation involved drilling multiple borings, analyzing the geology and subsurface soil conditions, and providing design recommendations for the planned structure foundations, pavements, and tennis courts. The team will also oversee testing and observations throughout the construction phase to ensure structural integrity and project success.
Bulverde Middle School is the new middle school for Comal ISD, designed on a greenfield, 40-acre site in
Bulverde, Texas. The campus includes CTE facilities, a full sports complex, two gymnasiums, and classrooms maximizing daylighting and exterior views. The team aided with the design and construction, including observations and inspections of available data on the project, inspections of soils, evaluations of reports, and inspections related to foundations and pavements for the new school.
*The project was completed under previous company IntraSuelo.
